Hello Everyone, I know a bit about PC's but I come to a complete lose to components as I don't really pay attention to that stuff....

My budget is about 1000-2500 New Zealand Dollars, I want to be able to play at 144hz 1080p at high/ultra settings at 60+ fps, I don't know if that's a lot to ask but that's what I'm looking for, I also would like it to be able to possibly be able to record but that IS'NT a necessity, I would also like it to be Intel CPU based....
