now i am looking for a MOBO that supports am3+ and r9 380 msi 4 gb edition and is colored in black or red or both and to be as cheap as the ASUS M5A97 R2.0
so any ideas ????

So both mobos run the r9 380 and a little thing i changed the psu to.620.W so is it fine or is it an overkill

Yes the R9 380 will work in any motherboards with a working pcie x16 2.0/3.0 slot which both have.
Yes the 620W is fine.
