A little help pls

Hi guys this is my first post here and sry for my English
I am planning to buy nvidia 210 that too second hand .i know its very weak but would it be able to play css minecraft and tf2 smoothly?( and other not too high end games)
Also would it be compatible with my pc intel g33/g31 express chipset family 2 gb ram and 400 watt psu
32 bit windows 8

Yes, the card can run fine with that system. And you are right, it is rather pathetic. But it should be OK at 720P and lower resolutions.
