Hi im a newbie about computer hardwares but managed to read and understand a few.
I currently have the following :

Motherboard: fm2-a55m-e33(only supports amd cpu's)
CPU: amd a6-5400k
RAM: 2 x Hyper x Fury 4gb 1600mhz

But i'm on the path of upgrading my current cpu with
AMD a10-6800k and gonna buy a good CPU cooler to pair up with the cpu.
I'm also planning to change my Case with Silverstone PS11-W and on the otherhand my final item that i'll be buying is
will be the ASUS strix gtx 960.

My question is are my upgrades worth it?

CPU : amd a6-5400k -> a10-6800k
GPU : Integrated Radeon HD of amd a6-5400k -> Discrete( Asus Strix gtx 960 )
Casing : Core Elite case(doesn't have a cable management support) -> PS11-W Silverstone
PSU : Core Elite PSU 650watts(doesn't support having a GPU) -> 600/650 watts Silverstone PSU
CPU Cooler : Idk the brand of my current cooler but i'll still buy a new one to fit the looks on my blue ram

Commends and Suggestions will be great 😀
Current location: Philippines

That cpu and gpu is a decent combo. Of course, you can...
CPU: Dual core to Quad-Core is always a good idea, but if you are buying a dedicated GPU you should consider an X4-760K. It is supported by your mobo, has almost the same speed and doesn't produce as much heat because it misses the GPU cores.

GPU: The CPU will bottleneck the GTX960. Even the A10-6800K (X4-760K) is not able to get the full potential of that GPU, but you should still get a considerable advantage over just the internal graphics

Casing: I think it's not necessary to change the case considering technical aspects, but if it's a design choice i can understand it

PSU: It's always a good idea to get a good PSU from a known brand.

CPU-Cooler: You'll get a new cooler if you buy a boxed CPU with the package, but i would also prefer to buy one seperatly, because the stock coolers just suck in term of noise and temps.

Well i knew that the GPU and CPU will bottleneck but it will give at least a minimal bottleneck right? I'm just buying the GPU ready just incase in the future i'll have the savings buying a new MOBO for a Intel CPU :) ,well as we all know Intel CPU price hurts. Also im buying everything except the GPU as of now because got other plans to buy that's why im thinking of getting the a10 while saving some for the gpu on a next few month/s.

The reason im also buying a new case because my current case doesn't have cabling management and i hate seeing those wires lol. Somehow i love seeing my case neat 😀

There's no point spending your money on an apu that you are not going to use. The fx series are better, but i5s are still the best price/performance.
This will do fine.

PS. If you have the money, you should go for the gtx 970.

Hmm actually come to think of that since i was planning on changing my mobo to intel support mobo's i might just buy only the case and PSU. then save up to buy the i5 , MOBO and a good pair GPU for the i5 :)

Absolutely. It's a bit hard to let go the motherboard but i'm thinking of the voltage intakes in the following months. Since intel takes a little lower than amd i could save in that term also 😀.
Hmm will the pair of the i5 4460 and gtx 960 be great? or what's the best gpu i could pair with it?..

And i was wondering if i'll be okay playing other games such as LoL or Dota2 while the i'm still saving the gpu and just using the mobo intergrated graphics? and one last thing.
When i replace the MOBO + CPU should i reinstall my OS? my pc is currently on Win10.

That cpu and gpu is a decent combo. Of course, you can always go higher, but the gtx 960 is enough for 1080p gaming. I would go for the r9 380 on 1440p resolution.

I think LoL should work ok. Dota 2 will work fine at 720p using onboard graphics.

You should always reinstall windows instead of just moving the hard drive over. Why? You will be running ingenuine windows. Its Microsoft's system to stop people from copying windows to other machines without activating it again.
