[SOLVED] A little S10e problem

Hello everyone! Few months ago i bought a Samsung S10e. It's a really nice phone, amazing performance, camera and all. Though is a great phone it has something that really bugs me. The service signal is really low. In most of the zones my old phone has full signal and the Samsung barely has 2 lines. It's really annoying because it also causes the battery to drain really fast. The battery has only 3000mAh and it goes down pretty fast, so you can imagine how fast it dies with the signal problem. I want to know if there is something i can do to fix this or if this is a phone problem. Thanks for understanding and have a nice day!

Are both phones on the same network like 4G or 3G? Is anyone else in your area experiencing the same issue?

If your old phone is connected to a 3G network then it will usually have better signal than 4G. It's a combination of strength, type of signal (2G/3G/4G), and even the obstacles that the signal has to pass through.

Both are on 4G. It's not about network signal, but the service signal. I mean i have 4G but with one line service signal, while on the other phone the signal is full and also on 4G.

If your Galaxy phone is having trouble finding a signal, you can also adjust some settings, but the best thing to do is contact your service provider.
