I would choose the Zalman R1. It has the overall best layout.

Others are either bad with airflow or are odd-sized (too long or short) or have those integrated drivebays facing toward the case's front/rear end.

R1 has bad top airflow because of the plastic cover.

Depending on the build you are going for, I'd suggest going a bit more towards the $100 range. Fractal has good designs for around $80.
