[SOLVED] A lot of programs on my computer will refuse to open.

Every time I attempt to open something, I will get a message saying this "The procedure entry point NtUserGetClipBoardAccessToken could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\USER32.dll." Before this started happening, there was about a 50% chance my computer would blue screen or just turn itself back off upon turning it on. I kind of just ignored this and feel kind of dumb for not doing anything about it. Edit: i can't even open images or videos without it giving me the same message.

Specs:
R7 2700
Gigabyte GTX 1080 Windforce OC with newest drives from nvidia
G.Skill 2x8gb ddr4 3200hz memory
ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
Sabrent Rocket Q4 2tb

Idk if its worth noting but I've never overclocked my CPU or GPU.

It may be possible that the file it's complaining about got corrupted. You may have to reinstall Windows or perform a Reset to fix this
