The Intel Core i7-12700H proves faster than the Core i7-13700H by a single percent in Cinebench R23 / Multi Core.
It would be aptly surmised that throttling due to high heat may have curbed the score of the latter which does reach higher frequencies both in regards to P and E cores.
Similar happenings have occurred with components in the past. A company produces a component which should be faster than its lower counterpart, yet proves synonymous or a little slower. Hitting the darkened keyboard again and again; partaking of the nocturnal exuberance of faded hours; being immersed within this opaque happening, both bemusing and amusing, do give the keys a hit and say what you think about the aforementioned, either with a modicum of laughter or seriousness.
Thank you!
