What mobo should i get so i won't have to mess around with the bios bs, and would also be able to OC the ram and CPU to some good numbers? Would be great if it could be under 150$, but not absolutely nessesary

Any 4xx series chipset will be truly 2xxx ready. Most of the higher quality B450 motherboards should have no issue OC that 2600, even with weaker VRM. IF you are thinking of an upgrade to Ryzen 7 later I would opt for a 470 chipset of a decent quality mobo, but might not fit your price range.
Many of the online reviews I have seen give a nod to (many of) the MSI B350 mobo as having good VRM.
