My budget is within 100$ (excluding the 60-70$ graphics card). I would like to know a motherboard compatible with my D630 that's decent. This is so I can purchase a new graphics card (GeForce GT 730). I am a nooby to modifying computers.
Almost forgot Specs (Ask me to correct if I am missing anything because I probably am) :??::
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit operating system
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9500 @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
Ram: 4 GB (3.5 usable)
Storage: 160GB

P.S. I believe a GeForce GT 730 is PCI graphics card.

Hi

Is your Dell Latitude a laptop ?

if so new motherboards are only going to be available from Dell and cost several hundred $ .
can you rely on a second hand motherboard?

do you mean GeForce GT 730M ?
which may be a mini pci-e card or soldered on the motherboard

It is usually not worth upgrading a laptop motherboard.

A SSD to replace the hard drive will improve the performance (128/120GB or 256/240GB)

The maximum ram seems to be 4GB.

If you have a retail W7 with both 32 & 64 bit dvd's it may be worth installing 64 bit version on new hard disk or ssd

Dell has very good documentation including user manual & upgrade/repair manual so will show if graphics card is a plugin card or soldered on motherboard
