Since I am new here and don't really if this question should be under this subforum or peripherals one, then I wanted to apologize ahead.
Now for the issue itself. Issue is, that my pc won't let me use my mouse(it does work properly on a different system, have tested multiple different usb ports, done a fresh windows install, updated drivers, have also used tronscript to do a deep clean on pc) most of the time. I can click stuff on taskbar, but for example, if I open chrome, then I can't click anywhere. Same for desktop. Sometimes I can use my mouse normally for a few minutes and most of the times when I can use the mouse, the pc acts a bit crazy. For example when I left click something, it opens up in a new tab and right clicking anywhere closes the tab. Basically can't click anything besides pinned programs on the taskbar.
