Question A new instalation of W10, help

Soo i just bought a new SSD, to chance my old SATA HDD, for faster data transfer, has i dont have nothing of important on my corrent OS, i decide to make a new and clen installation of W10, so i download the "MediaCreationTool" v1909, make an pen drive image... reboot the PC... F8 for choose the Pen drive and them... shows up a message saying... " the windows can't read the key or something like that, and closes up the instalation... so what is the problem? the key is genuine and, is the same board.. any ideas how to resolve the isue?
