can i have an opinion on this new pc build for gaming and streaming and some improvements? (my range is about $400-$600)

You're not going to have a great streaming build a that price point, although the FX would benefit with the multiple cores, it's not recommended to make an FX build in this season especially with Ryzen being available, here's what I'd go with on a limited budget
