You're not going to have a great streaming build a that price point, although the FX would benefit with the multiple cores, it's not recommended to make an FX build in this season especially with Ryzen being available, here's what I'd go with on a limited budget

fx-8350? In 2017? That is the first thing you gotta change. Better off with a new i3 or locked i5. Or Ryzen 5 1400. Then rework the build.
