A New PSU for my system

My generic PSU died sadly and i am going to buy a new one for my system :
Intel Core2Duo E7500 @ 3.45GHz(may be 3.6)
GT640 (1100MHz core and 900MHz memory)
2X2GB RAM
1 HDD
1 DVD
2 Case fans
i was thinking to get one of these two (since i live in egypt and they are the only choices in my budget)
HEC-300VP-2RX
HEC-350VP-2RX

note : i want to spend as less money as possible (this PSU is for 6 months use only and then selling the system)
the question is will the 300W model be enough or i need the 350W or both won't be enough ?
(i know they are very bad quality but they are the only things available in egypt (we don't have CX430)

300W won't be enough.

Minimum is 350W and even then I doubt with HEC it would be enough.

The cheapest you are looking at is 400W to have a good headway with 12V rail.
