Ditch the GF4 and get a radeon 9500 or 9500 Pro. Also you could go for an XP 2100+ CPU but that is not too important. That is dependent on it you have spare money for it. If you dont have the spare money then stay with the 2000+. Also make sure you are getting good quality memory. Not garbage. Other than that it looks like a good setup. It should do you well.

you can stick with the GeF4. It'll do you just fine, and in most cases, will save you $30-50 in cost over the 9500. Anyhow good ram is a must. CAS 2 over a 2.5 will allow a performance enhancement as if you'd buy 2100 over a 2000.

 Save heating costs on your home, overclock your PC!!!

I recommend to choose the Radeon 9500 PRO (not the non-Pro)... it performs better then the Ti4200 and suports DirectX 9.0.

My PC eats so much money that I'm in 'desperate' need of it to buy PC3500 RAM, help Svol with his OC project!

yes, a ti4200 with 64 megs of ram is an okay card for now, but a 9500 pro is the most for your money and will work well with future programs. Often, but not always, the 2100+ also has the most speed/money ratio.
