Will I have any complications adding a card reader to my new computer build?

I'm looking at the Rosewill 2-Port USB 3.0 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub eSATA Multi-In-1 Internal Card Reader with USB 3.0 Connector (RDCR-11004)

- or something similar. (any suggestions?)

I'm thinking I must need some type of adaptor to make a card reader fit into the case.... ?
