A newbie to computers needs help in windows 7.

Hello, I'm trying to delete a program that keeps me from opening google chrome. When trying to delete the files i get a error message saying i need administrator's permission. But i am the only administrator on the computer. Anyone know how to fix this?

If the program has been installed then you shouldn't just delete the files, you should "uninstall" it by going to Start -> Control Program -> Programs and Features, selecting the program in question, right-clicking it and choosing "Uninstall".

I always use 'revo uninstaller'. good for programs that leave crap in your registry even after you uninstall through control panel/
