A nice graphics card and a PSU for $200

Hey everybody. As the title says I was wondering what graphic card and PSU can i buy with only $200.Below are my specs....I want something basically just for gaming which would give me more then 35 fps on games such as battlefield 3,just cause 2 and far cry 3 at around 720p resolution

You should go with a XFX Radeon HD 7770 and a XFX 450w PSU. Both for about 195 $ here, in Finland.
I have both and I get 50 fps Ultra 1280x1024 resolution in BF3 TDM Canals 64 player. Rarely drops below 40 fps.
