A optical or laser mouse?

I don't know the difference except one is red laser usually, and the other is like invisible
Which will be better for fps gaming and casual use of computer

My laser mouse tend to consume less energy than my regular mouse but that’s may be its better design, and most laser mouse uses Bluetooth technology for wireless.

Gaming mouse is better but laser is better than regular optical mouse, you won't see any difference when gaming. but on some surface the laser mouse works better, like a desk with plastic cover.

For gaming; use the gaming mouse, which I think uses laser optics.

The Logitech MX518 is pretty darn good. It's a bit older, and it's optical rather than laser, but it's still an excellent mouse.

No, Laser optics: the component where the laser beam comes out. also called "laser diode".
