A PC I7 GTX 1070 for only £430?

Hello I came across this pc on amazon and saw that it was incredibly cheap for it's specs.

Wouldn't a PC like this be around £1,000 and can I trust this?

Completely untrustworthy.
Even just for the CPU and graphics card it reaches about 550.
I would expect a prebuilt like that to go for about 1,000 as you mentioned.
Stay away.
What would be your budget for a build, where are you buying from and what country do you live in?
I can put together a parts list for you if you like.

It's not letting me reply to you but my budget is just under £600 including OS. The best I have found is I3 6100 + RX 480

I recommend the second as it is the best balance of value and performance, although if you want you can splash out on the 1060 for 10% more performance.
