A pop up

Hi guys
I need help with a problem when i turn on my pc a pop up opens with null written on it with sometime no ok button and remains there and sometimes with ok button when you press ok it disappears I can't find a solution for this.its has to do something with shut down,restart and turning pc on as soon as I press shutdown it's says app is preventing from shitting down and when i press cancle I see the same pop in the main home screen

Its some broken program, you could check you start up programs to see whats starting when you start up your PC.

Or check task manager to see whats running.

Hi so I disabled all startup apps and the pop still occurs any idea what this app might be or any fix for it

This happened after what? Did you uninstall or install something? Did you do a scan for viruses?
