[SOLVED] A Power cut happened when my PC is running, is it okay?

There's a Power Cut happened not long ago, before it come back on i unplug all of my PC cable, i dont know if it make a diffrence especially since i heard a lot about those Power Surge and im still worried about it.

My System works fine but i dont know about the long term

It's almost certainly fine. If it's behaving normally, I wouldn't worry.

If every PC died every time there was a power outage, people wouldn't use PCs.

If you get frequent power cuts you could look into a UPS (uninterruptible power supply).

But as a one off and if your system is working fine, it sounds like you're alright
