Recently i've reinstalled windows since it was full and i wanted a full cleanup and after i've installed all my previous apps i've noticed something weird. MSI afterburner worked just fine, didn't have a problem with it. But, the real deal begins with Ryzen Master. I have a Ryzen 5 3600X with a motherboard from Asus (Asus Prime A320M-E). Before reinstalling windows i could overclock the cpu just fine without a problem up to 4.5Ghz with no problem, voltage too. Now i can't overclock anymore because i get this notification whenever i open Ryzen Master saying that "Overclocking feature is not supported by the processor". But how, since i've been overclocking this processor for a year without a problem whenever i needed to. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'd just uninstall and reinstall with the package from AMD web site. Don't try editing registry, that's what tripped me up. But actually, since your installation is new anyway you might find it better to just download the Creation Media and create an install USB drive and go at it again. Let it initialize in GPT and format the drive so it installs with proper EFI, system and recovery partitions. Then you can also enable Safe Boot with its enhanced security.

This time, don't let Asus install any of it's utilities if it asks to. I found a setting in my BIOS that turns off it trying to. It's there to basically keep it's utilities up to date and kicks off Windows install to do so. That's essentially a back door to install whatever Asus wants, kind of scary to me so I disabled that setting.

The only Asus drivers I'd install are LAN card and Audio. Although neither are necessary as Windows installs perfectly good default ones.

I've only ever used Rufus when I wanted to create a tiny Windows10 on a USB stick drive. Unless you've need of a complicated installation, like dual-booting another OS, I don't see any reason to use it. That could be part of the performance loss, so basically keeping it simple is a good strategy unless you really need it.
I've always installed windows via usb with rufus. Never done anything different before. Didn't ever hear of the Creation Media

You're posts aren't really clear. This post indicates you were having troubles before, which implies you're not having trouble now. What is the current state? Can you run Ryzen Master? Can you overclock? We're all here trying to help you.
How were they not clear when i clearly stated that before the windows reinstallation ryzrn master was workingike a charm and now after the reinstall it says that this feature is not supported by the processor.

As for cpu overclock, no i can't. Neither from bios or RM. Now RM is only for monitoring since i can't use it for overclock bevause the profiles are locked. Everyone says this mobo doesn't support oc hence that does not appear in the AI tweaker. Only the ram memory can be overclocked which i've already done. I haven't seen anyone with this problem regarding ryzen master
