A problem with my moust scrolling down infinitely

Hello,
I've been having a problem where in a few games, one of which being Magic 2012 Duel of the Planeswalkers, where my mouse seems to be scrolling down indefinitely. It's like someone is holding my down arrow key while I try to move my cursor. I'm using an Asus gaming laptop with Windows 7, and a razer naga. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can provide you with any relevant information if you ask.

Could be something with the loading screen and when the mouse activates for the game, try putting a different mouse in your laptop?

Maybe that will help for those games.
