Question A problem with the date

Hello guys, I have a problem with my pc and I guess that it's from my motherboard:

Recently I change my old HDD disk for a new one and a new SSD sata 3 in my Mother G31M-S SATA II. I did not have any problem the first 15 days and the pc went better than ever, but since the last week I have a problem when I turn on the computer, because it's very slow and it shows this message (image down). So after this windows start too slow, and I have to reboot to can start again without any problem.
When I reboot the system then starts good, like before, and I can change the date and use the pc normally. The problem arrives when the system is off a long period of time (like 4-5 hours)

I would take the power cord out of the machine, and then take the CMOS battery out for a few minutes, then replace the battery, turn on the machine and reset the time and date.

Can I buy any type of CMOS battery? or how do I know which kind of battery I need?

Yeah mostly, so replace it at an electronics store.

this does sound like a cmos battery problem.you need to get a cr2032.they are a couple of bucks at any drug store.

And it doesn't matter what kind of battery? I mean another CR2032 but from another company
