A problem

Ok, so i took out my power supply, and than i put it back in. I had forgotten to put in the power cable of my graphics card into it, and now everytime i turn my computer on it turns off after 10-15 seconds. I think my graphics card died on me. What do you think is the problem, and how would i need to solve it?

Take the video card out completely. Start the computer and see if it stays running. If it does then you know its with the video card. If it still shuts off, double check all of your power connections. Make sure you have all the power connections to the motherboard, the main big plug and the smaller 4 or 6 wire aux power plug.

Turning off after 10-15 seconds? You probably disconnected the CPU fan.
