A process has been eating up my ram and gpu and it says if i close it windows will shut down

Also any tips on boosting CPU on a crappy laptop or make it work to it's full potential for certain games, my custom rig recently broke to a 5 foot drop and now I have to resort to my crappy laptop. Look at my specs to see what I can do about this. Thanks!
