A process stealing focus

This little thing keeps minimizing my games to task-bar.If Im looking at desktop than every 1-2 minutes this little devil appears as a thumbnail in the task-bar for like 1/10 of a second.So didn't know what to do and than installed CamStudio and got it on tape I got you guys apicture of the thing,so pls tell me what this is - what I need to get rid of.
(its the icon on the right of CamStudio,and it looks like a Camera and a Fax machine and in the background there is like a mechanism).
