A processor and a motherboard

I need a Intel cpu and a good decent motherboard.
Core i3/i5..
Budgets max 300 usd .. In India it would be 30% more costly .

I will be adding a video cards in the future. I hope you suggest me a good haswell procesor and motherboard... P.s. The integrated gpu can run some games , right.. Also I know I'm dumb but.... Please tell me about integrated gpu and how there's a gpu in a Intel processor while there's none in amd processor

Integrated graphics depend on the CPU models. AMD APUs, such as A10s, have it as well as the mainstream Intel CPUs. AMD FX series and Intel workstation CPUs, such as Haswell-E and Xeons, do not have integrated graphics.
