I have 2, Windows XP computers both running 32 bit windows xp pro (one is home). One handles the usb key with the program, works absolutely fine.

The other says Not valid win 32 application.

I re-installed Windows XP Sp3 fully.

I can't figure out why it doesn't work. Its not the program, not the usb key, it works just fine on another laptop.

I created a virtual windows xp box with win 7, and same usb key same program works.

Whats the chances of some cpu sse2 or something instruction set blocking it!?!

I'm using it on a Intel Pentium M 1500mhz single core, 752 mb ram laptop.

I'm confused as hell here, it works fine on a dell damn old xp box but not this laptop.

Thoughts?!?!

This is caused by the cpu hardware technologies. Specifically that the one computer doesn't handle virtualization and the other pc does.

This feature allows for 16 bit applications to run. Otherwise it gives out stupid error message.

Found this out finally.....................
