a questiob about ups

my ups is 800kva but lately cant handle my 600 watt pc.. so somebody said changing oil can help.. is it so?

assuming you mean va and not kva, you would need a 1000va ups for a 600w pc. as far as i know, your pc should at least boot up on a 800va ups.

i am getting 1100 vs apc ups.. is it good enough to hold under full load

1100va is more than enough power to support a 600w psu at full load. However I'd like to confirm if your pc boots up when you bypass your current ups- ie by connecting it directly to mains.
