When ADATA code a DDR5 pack as "Dual Color Box" does it mean -
Dual channel, colored (RGB), two sticks packed in a box?
or something else?

Sounds like a silly question. Allow me to expand it:
I've been searching for a 2x8GB DDR5 pack, RGB and reasonably fast. The only one I've found in India is at Amazon. coded AX5U6000C3016G-DCLARBK.

The XPG code chart decodes the number to
ADATA XPG DDR5 U-DIMM
6000MT/s CL 30-40-40
16GB
Dual Color Box
Lancer RGB
Black

The QVL for the motherboard I ordered, an Asus EX-B650M-V7, has two entries with identical type numbers (as above), one as 2x16GB and the other as 16GB, but no 2x8GB.
The Amazon (India) listing describes it as "16GB (8x2)" but I've known Amazon listings to be wrong.

So, is it a 2 x 8GB dual channel kit or a single 16GB stick? Can anyone please provide some enlightenment?

The datasheet shows it's a difference in the packaging it comes in, with the dual-color box being twice as large as the single-color box. Note that the carton weights are the same too, despite there being twice as many boxes in the single color carton, because each dual-color package weighs about twice as much as a single-color box as well.

1 stick vs 2 sticks in a box

Thanks for the replies. I already had the datasheet but it doesn't make it unambiguously clear if 16G in the code for dual models means 2x8GB or 2x16GB.
