A question about bottleneck

I have i5-4570 with 3.6 Ghz clock speed and 8GB RAM
My gtx 650ti boost recently gave out and I was planning to buy a new card.
My question is, will a GTX 1060 3gb be bottlenecked by my CPU or not?
And also what is a better option for gaming:
A gtx 1060 3gb OR gtx 1050ti + a SSD

No bottleneck with that CPU. Tom's Hardware still has it in the top tier.
