A while back I bought a pc with a Ryzen 5 2400G. I didn't game all that much so not having a GPU and playing with the APU didn't really bother me but now i've bought a graphics card and I wanna use dual monitors but the IGD Multi Monitor option isn't in the bios. Any suggestions on how to use 2400g integrated graphics for my second monitor. My GPU only has one HDMI Input

Solution
Running both a discrete graphics card and the integrated graphics of the APU is very much motherboard dependent. What motherboard model do you have? The setting, if available, would be in your motherboard BIOS.

You can't crossfire integrated graphics and a discrete graphics. Well, you could in the past with a very limited selection of low end cards, but it definitely won't work with a R9 380.

Depending on the motherboard, it's absolutely possible run the iGPU and a discrete graphics card simultaneously. I've done it myself (Intel iGPU, AMD card).
