A question about my R9 270X and AMD settings

So basically I was playing a game called overwatch, and after my session was over, I checked my gpu temps and they were at 85 degrees C.
Then I checked AMD settings and the fan speed was at 30%(Auto)

Is 85 degrees C normal and should I raise the fan speed?

85 degree is a bit high esecially for a game not demanding as overwatch

I have 4460 too and I don't see that should be an issue. Are they getting anywhere higher than 85?

Well if they go over 85 for a long period of time then it could be a problem.

2 minutes after launching it the temps for it were already 85, then as soon as I closed it, it dropped to 50, then to 45, is HWmonitor just displaying the wrong temperature?
