A question about VGA & D-Sub

Hey
i have a PC that doesn't support VGA and my monitor has only VGA port i wanna know if i buy D-Sub cable and plug it into the monitor will it work ? because its written "VGA" under the port (Monitor= Medion MD 20125)
PC specs:
Asus GTX 950 2GB
Motherboard: MSI H81M PRO-VD

Asus has 3 GTX 950 models, all of them have DVI-I output.
You will need DVI-I to VGA adapter to use VGA only monitor.

No there is another one too same port as VGA but it only works with D-Sub cable and i've already tried DVI-I to VGA but it didn't work very well because there are horizontal lines appearing using that converter

D-SUB and VGA is different name for same connector.
You have to calibrate your monitor to remove those lines. There must be a button with auto-calibration function on your monitor.

Does your DVI-I to VGA converter look the same as in picture?

Yeah same one but how do i calibrate my monitor ?

You find the button that does it and press it.

The image is just for illustration. Your monitor most probably has something different.
