A question I have about an SSD i'm about to buy

Hello.
I've noticed sometimes Windows is kinda slow and I realized my HDD is pretty much the cause so I thought of replacing it with an SSD.
I already use SSD for my games so if I buy another SSD for windows I won't be using any HDD
My question is if I already have my games in my old SSD, will running Windows as well on SSD make my games performances increase? Just wanted to know before I buy another SSD because I want to increase my performance with games.

An SSD does not give you performance in any game or earn more FPS. Only the game will load faster and render faster too much ...

Is the physical hard drive the cause, or is it old crufty OS install?

Anyway, having the OS on the SSD will make most everything 'faster'.
But game performance won't increase.
