A question with an ups

Hi everyone i have a question with an UPS
I have a pc who have a psu: rm750x (750w) but my pc does not consume that or close:
GTX 9604gb
Fx6300
8gb ram
22in monitor
two fans and 1 led
I want to know if a 1000va (650w) ups will work efficiently ... TY!

When shopping for an UPS, there are two major parameters to look after:
- supported load (your choice checks there)
- expected runtime at full load. There's an unwritten "standard" that UPSs are rated for 8-10 minutes at full load.

Other factors to consider are whether there's any software / communication link to warn the host about power failure, mode of operation (online/offline), output wave et.
