Windows setup is quick when reformatting your hard drive.

I need a quick formatting tool that can format my hard drive.

Go to "Computer Management". Type that into the search box by clicking the "start" button at the bottom of the page. That will allow you to format the disk. Then under the "Storage" button at the left of the page, you will see "Disk Management". From there you can format.

I was looking for something outside of Windows.
