Hello all. Well im new to gaming and I was wondering if these are low fps. Crysis: 1280x1024 = 40fps and COD4 MW: 1680x1050 = 64-70 fps. Specs are 2gb 800 mhz ddr2, Nvidia 9800gt 1gig gddr3 ram pci-e 2.0 and amd phenom x2 550 be 1.10 ghz. I have a 22inch monitor. Am i getting low fps?

Solution
Low FPS is the point at which it gets choppy and bothers you. Generally anything above 40FPS is considered to be playable. Without listing what settings you are using its impossible to judge if you are getting the right amount of FPS, but if its not affecting your game play does it really matter?
