A ribbon cable to laptop harddrive popped out

The ribbon cable to my laptop hardrive that was connected to my motherboard just popped out. I barely applied any pressure which makes me think it not broken. Idk what to do

Theres to ribbon cables going to the hardrive the slimmer one just kinda fell off. There is no damage to the cable is there a way to snap it back in?
