a sign of power supple going out ?

so for the pass month my computer at random turns off. what i mean is that the computer acts like if its going in to hibernate and cuts me off from what im trying to do either playing games or watching movies. i figured maybe it was the fact it was dirty so i clean it out and still did the same thing.

spec of my computer
msi h61m-p23 (b3)
ddr3 4g of ram
evga gtx 460se
xtream gear 700w power supple
intel i3 2100

at the moment im wondering if my power supple is going out ?

It's very likely that your power supply is going to die. Xtreamgear is quite a bad brand if you're looking for a power supply. Look for a 500-550W PSU from a decent brand and you should be fine.
