A sketchy cooler

so i found this used cooler on sale
it's hard to explain how it looks, but it's a small liquid cooler, the head + radiator is from cooler master, and the fan, that is attached to the radiator is a arctic fan, it looked like the link at the bottom(idk if its the same model). The radiator has the same size as the fan, so i'd guess its 120mm x 120mm. And i do not know how old it is
My question is, should i go for the used CPU coller, or a new CM hyper 212 evo?

Looks like a Cooler Master Seidon 120mm.

That F12 fan is the one Arctic ships with its coolers, though.

I agree with geofelt when it comes to the Evo 212, but it is one of the most readily available coolers in most countries. Its reputation has spread far and wide. Not something that will get overturned quickly. (I have one running my i7-4770k @ 4.3Ghz quite happily)

Deepcool Gammaxx 400 is another common recommendation for a cheap but decent air cooler. BeQuiet has a few models worth looking at as well.
I'm not really sure what you are getting at. If it has an arctic fan it is likely an Arctic all-in-one. They do sell them. But like most companies they don't actually make them, just a re-branded Asetek cooler.

I would not buy a used liquid cooler with an unknown age. Evo 212 should be similar in performance to a 120mm radiator.

as i explained, part of the cooler is from cooler master and it's attached to an arctic fan. i think the owner has changed the fan on his cooler or something.
but since an evo cooler has the same performance as an 120mm radiator, i think i'll go with the EVO
thanks for the help

well, i think we can agree, that the used cooler would not be a good idea
so this is the link for the used cooler, the text is in danish, but it doesn't say anything about the coolers specs. the only info are the pictures
