Question A software doesn't show in the add/remove list

Hello.

I can see a software in the computer management tab (which a friend installed on my computer). I wanna delete it but I can't see it in the add/remove software list.

How can I proceed to deleting it? I already deactivated it from the computer management tab but I want it completely removed.
