A soundcard question

Can anyone tell me if I add a soundcard to my system will I be able to play a game and a movie at the same time on different monitors will I be able to hear them both?

That isn't how a sound card works. A sound-card only helps with getting sound through higher-resistance (higher performance) speakers while retaining audio quality. Even if you add one, you may/may not be able to hear them both, depending on the speakers.
