A stupid question

I went to edit my track pack settings under Windows 10 settings and accidentally turned off the trackpad, now I can't re enable it. I did have a wireless mouse but I lost the USB wireless receiver. The keyboard shortcut doesn't work. How can I turn it back on? I'm desperate

Just borrow a USB mouse. Better yet go buy a cheap USB mouse and keep it handy for those times that the wireless one is out of order.

I don't currently have one at hands. Xbox controller won't navigate. I'm literally sitting where the trackpad options are, one click from being able to turn it back on.

Try your arrow keys. They may highlight selected options. Try both the arrow keys, key+[Ctrl], key+[Alt], etc. Then move to the one you want and hit [Enter].

The most I can do with those keys are flip my screen

Found the solution via various button mashing until I could go up and down in the menu.
