Yes i know the question i ask is a kind of a stupid but im going to ask it anyway:
What is the chances of an ssd having factory defect? Ill get the ssd from the pc place product is sealed ORIGINAL product. But whenever i buy something new i think that it has some kind of factory defects. Like what is chances of an ssd having factory defect/any problem from the factory? Or its close to impossible? Apriciate the answers.

I don't think that data is available if it is I dont know where to look for it. Any reputable SSD vendor is surely going to test them before they sell them. So if I had to guess the chances of an SSD from a reputable company being DOA is likely less than 1%.

Hmm... What about Transcend? I know you say no info but transcend is considered as a good company?
