A sufficient 1440p 21:9 100hz pc build?

GPU: GTX 1070 Hall of Fame Ed.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200Mhz 2x8 Gb
MOBO: Asus Z170-a
CPU Cooler: SilentiumPC Fortis 3 Malik customs edition
SSD: Transcend ssd370 128/256 gb
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 Tb
CASE: NZXT s340 in white
PSU: SilentiumPC Supremo M2 Gold 550W

Black and white theme, trying to bring costs down, while maintaining performance and looks
Anyone? Also, a cheap (very cheap) 21:9 G-sync 100 hz 1440p display?

Looks good for 1440p. GTX 1070 should be able to get up to 100 hz. As for monitiors:
