Hello,
I want to buy the right hardware for a system to produce animation. This system is for the production of amateur animations and its price should be at most 2000 dollars.
I would be grateful if you could tell me the right hardware to prepare.

Thank you.

What animation software are you planning to use?

Most software applications provide a list of hardware requirements in the form of "minimal", "recommended", and "best".

You do not want "minimal" and you do want as much "best" as you can afford. ($2,000 USD - correct?)

However, do remember that the system will perform only at the speed of the slowest component.

And also plan to purchase a high quality, well reviewed PSU. PSU's are a critical component so be sure that the selected PSU is capable of supporting peak loads during animation work and runs. GPU likely the most demanding component.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I have some questions:

1- Have you worked with such a system?

2- As far as I know, RAMs are compatible with motherboards based on their Part No. Is it important to pay attention to it?

3- About the video card, why AMD, not Nvidia?

No probs, you're welcome.

1. Not this Gen. You can see my system in my sig. However, I'm a keen enthusiast, and like to research builds, to provide options to users seeking advice. There are many like me, that do this also. I build PC's as a hibbie for friends and the like.

2. Ram being compatible, is key. The QVL (Qualified Vendor List) for a mobo, will give you details on which DIMMs that will work and has been tested on your mobo. Sometimes a certain set f DIMMs may not be on the QVL. That does not mean they won't work with your mobo. Only they haven't been tested with your mobo.

3. At the moment Nvidia' current gen are really bad value for money. Even though the 6800XT i mentioned is last gen, in terms of price/performance AMD offer seriously good GPU's. Also the 6800xt has 16gb vram, which is becoming more important at resolutions of 1440 and above. If Nvidia's RT tech is important to you, then maybe go that way.

despite my love of the 7800x3d !!
With animation and production i would stick with 7900 non x more cores easier to cool and cheapish ..
not sure if the 4080 is better than 7900xtx or xt with its 24/20gb vram for production work ive seen that for video editing Nvidia have a better tool set !!
personally id steer away from a 7900x3d .. I just dont see the price tag with it
not a fan of the 12700k or 13700k because of socket life .. but both great all round cpu's !!

The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
Can I ask why have some people choose ASRock and MSI as motherboard and MSI and Gigabyte as video card?
Is ASRock or MSI better than Asus?
About the CPU, I know that AMD is faster than Intel.
