I am Trying to build a basic gaming setup here(mid to high settings) and I have compiled a list of the components for a budget (900$ to 1100).Kindly let me know if these will suffice for games like FarCry Primal etc :

Your build will work.

But, today, I really think one should do a new build based on Intel skylake.

It will cost you no more for a I5-6400 cpu, a Z170 motherboard , and 8gb of ddr4 2400 ram.

With FX, you have no future cpu upgrade possibilities.
With a Z170 motherboard, you can go today as good as a i7-6700K, and tomorrow with a upcoming kaby lake cpu.

fOR THE PRICE I THINK YOU COULD GO FOR A I 5 4460 AND INTEL BOARD and get better FPS tHE 8350 is long in the tooth and there will not be any new FX cpus for that socket as of yet..
